Spring Menu Launching 16th March

Winter is coming to an end — from 16th March we’ll welcome you with a new spring menu by head chef Karel Rosenheim. Fresh spring ingredients, lighter flavours and new combinations. You can still enjoy the current winter carte until 15th March.

Easter Menu — 3–6 April 2026

A festive Easter menu in the spirit of spring. Four days of special dishes by Karel Rosenheim — from Good Friday to Easter Monday. Full details coming soon.

Wild Garlic Festival

Wild garlic is one of the first spring ingredients and every year we dedicate a special menu to it. Date to be confirmed — stay tuned.

Asparagus Festival

When the first Czech asparagus appears, we celebrate with a themed menu. White and green, in creative combinations by Karel Rosenheim. Date to be confirmed.
